Had a plumber install the unit. Replaced a salt softener. Everything is working fine. Water is soft and taste is good. Still getting used to the system. Haven’t changed a filter yet. Great so far.
I had this unit installed a couple years ago, and the water quality has been excellent!! I would recommend this whole House system to anyone and I have many time!!!
Important to mention, in several posts on the questions section, the company Nu Aqua has stated the dimensions of the unit to be 24.25" x 7.75" x 27.75" (LWH) THIS IS INCORRECT. It almost made my install not work.
THE UNIT IS 30.5" (H) from the rubber feet to the top edge of the mounting plate of the frame. Might not affect too many people, but it made my limited space install very close to not working.
So far it's been a great addition to my water treatment. Lower dissolved solids by 57% right away after install. Expect it to improve out garden health and very happy to have clean water coming into the showers. We previously used shower filters. This should also extend the life of filters for my 7 stage RO filter from Nu Aqua.

Didn't realize how dirty the city water can be here in Las Vegas, so relied on a fridge filter only for drinking water. Decided to get an undersink RO system from Nu Aqua, and then a week later bought this whole house system from them as well.
The photo below is the sediment filter (filter on the left is new, filter on the right is after 5 months of use on Las Vegas city water). It's hard to imagine we were consuming this stuff because we blindly trusted that city water was clean.
The Nu Aqua whole house 3 filter system is working much better than our old salt water softener. Only time will tell, with this being the 2nd week since I installed it, but the water no longer has an odor or has iron/rust color.
The system also looks well built, with stainless steel and nice oil filled gauges.
A revisit at 6 months and a year old will hopefully provide the same results.
We installed our whole house system yesterday. It was pretty easy to install. My water sits in a cistern that I bleach. I think this system will give me good quality water.

Really glad we got this. I have a strong sense of smell I could smell the chemicals in the water especially the chlorine in the water. It’s been 4 days and I can already tell a difference. I had the system installed by a licensed plumber since my house is still under builder’s warranty. Cost of install was $700 you want to make sure you have a loop installed with shut offs if something ever happens. I have high water pressure here and the filter housing doing great. I love the gauges on the housing will be a good sign when the filters need replaced.
After all said and done, I am very pleased with the purchase and installation. As you may see, the middle pressure gage did not work, and I would appreciate a replacement. The plumber charges $160/hour and that's the charge to visit, so a year's supply of elements would seem a fair compensation. Also, I have some wonderful ideas to increase your sales and would share them for a fee. I'm serious, so please contact me. I made a decision to spend about $200 more than I had too, but think I bought a good product if it just had come with my suggestions.
The middle gauge is stuck at 0. It looks like the gauge was bounced around and not allowed to move. Notice middle gauge. Easy to install.
Cleaner water then without the system.
Just finished installing the whole house filter. Ordered during the pandemic and took a long time to arrive, knew that in advance. Very sturdy stainless or chrome plated nice. I used 1” pipe and have increased pressure now (80psi from city and 65psi out of regulator), I had 3/8” for whole house before. I was worried about over tightening the plastic connections and now they leak, will use paste instead of teflon next. I had some random smells and haven’t noticed any since so thumbs up. One of the gauges doesn’t read past 8 psi but haven’t spoke to customer service yet. They are really nice oil filled gauges. No leaks from factory fittings or filter seals. You will need some accessible space to install, working great in my 100+ year craftsman so far. Hopefully I can do another review in 6 months or filter change.
well constructed, easy to plumb in. Only negative is tri-fold User Manual is very minimal.
The process of ordering the filtration system was very easy and shipping was in time with no problems. I like the design with the 3 filters in a built in frame. The frame is well built the only thing I didn’t like about the filter system was the plastic female threads. I did have a minor leak after the initial install of the male adapters. Other than that it’s a good product. I also purchased the UV light which was easy to install and worked fine. I would recommend this product.
NU Aqua 4 Stage Whole house system was installed on a Rural area well system with a pressure tank replacing a older system. Followed the instructions and also verified the installation instructions through YouTube videos (Lumnah Acres), everything is copacetic. Enjoying the filtered water.
