I have Ben in that aquarium hobby now for 5 years and I never hade a rodi system I wold spend money every week for some water conditioner for the tanks at 1 time I was buying about $45 a week for the water conditioner in my fresh water tank but now I’m doing saltwater so I buy more
Water conditioner as the fish are much more expensive
I now don’t need any type of conditioner anymore because of the nu aqua reef series 4 stage 76gpd rodi reverse osmosis I hade a problem with algae DYATHON in the tank before but now I don’t see any problems with my tanks any more this is a no Brener if you have any aquarium you need a system like this stop looking and get to ASAP

My system arrived with a bent sink divertor. Hose adapter advertised is for a half inch garden hose which I have never heard of. The 1 star comes from the customer service that listens but doesn't help. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks on the replacement piece that is lost in the mail and customer service doesn't have an answer. Reading reviews I am not the only one with this issue.

To whoever gave this one star and stated the regulator was leaking, which, even if it did have a regulator, it was probably your fault if there was a leak because I'm sure you have no clue what you're doing solely based off the fact that you gave this the worst possible review you could give it while stating it wouldn't be fair for me to give it a review. This will be the greatest sub $200 investment you will ever make in your life.

Had a minor issue with a piece breaking off the main unit while shipping. The company was very quick to respond with a solution to ensure I could get the brand new unit working properly quickly. Fantastic customer service experience to rectify the issue. I will update my review after getting the replacement piece that was broken and finally getting to use the brand new unit. I'm looking forward to it!

Absolutely a great system. It’s actually 100 gallon per day unit even though it claims it’s 75 they actually upgrade you to a little bit bigger. with my TDS/EC meter it is completely clean water. After agitating the water, it is a neutral 6.8pH with 0 TDS hanna 500 and obviously 0 EC. Great customer service, definitely a accompany to support.
The unit does what it promises. I would like to note the time it takes to make water. I mainly make my water for my humidifiers which use a mist. Regular water leaves a chalky white film deposit on everything. With the RO water the mist is clean. Because water ph is 8.5 here the RO brings it to a neutral 7. For my plants I need about a 6.5 ph. It should be noted that ph cannot be properly read without minerals, electrolytes so for the plants I add calcium/magnesium supplement to the water and ph up or down as needed... otherwise RO water alone ph is unstable and fluctuates. But it eliminates municilpal water cholaramine as well which is detrimental in all its forms. It takes an insanely long time to make the water, an average of 35 minutes to fill a gallon jug. For a 5-gal bucket we are talking almost a 3 hour process. I set a timer while working online for 35 minutes and by then it is ready to start a new jug. The lines are stiff and snaky getting in the way as they don't flex well and at times are in the way of using my kitchen sink faucet I have to use as I cannot install permanent in apartment. Always readjusting them out of the way when not in use. Personally I don't drink the stuff but use a different filtration unit. RO devoid of all elements can draw nutrients from the body because it has no balance in maintaining them in elimination of fluids. But it is doing what I want it to despite drawbacks.
I bought an aqua reef RO filter for my indoor plants and this things is great I can get 50 gallons of RO water in 12 hours. Love the product.
I can't tell as of now the regulator leaked they're sending me a new one. It wouldn't be fare for me to give a review as of now.

I've used a few systems in the past for my aquariums and each had its own issues. Whether leaking fittings, low flow rate, or excessive waste. This system has no issues and is clearly made with top quality components.

System produces 0ppm water and was easy to connect to my 5 gallon water storage tank.
System came packaged nicely with straight forward instructions. After flushing the system the water was coming out at 0ppm. I keep fresh water and salt water tanks and have used this for both. Getting an rodi system has saved me a lot of time going to the local fish store to purchase water. I highly recommend this for anyone who has a fish tank.
Setup took about 30 minutes. I have this in my sump as an ato using a float switch. I've used a few other systems in the past that cost nearly twice as much and I'm just as happy with the quality.
I have the 7 stage system in my house and have been very happy with it. So once I saw they came out with a di system I knew I had to get it. I have 3 saltwater tanks in my home. One mixed reef tank, a fish only, and a coral only. I've used this system primarily for mixing saltwater and my top off systems. I'm very meticulous with the water I use and so far my water has always been 0ppm from the system.
I got this system for my grow setup thats using a 6 site hydroponic system. I has made water changes for my reservoir much easier and I have a solid baseline for my parameter before I add my nutrients
I connect directly to my faucet in my laundry room whenever I need to get water for mixing. This system only takes a few minutes to setup each time. So far so good!
How often do you have to change membrane and filters?
The Stage 1(Sediment) and Stage 2 (Carbon) Filters are due to be replaced every 6-9months. The Stage 3(RO Membrane) every 12-18 months, while the stage 4(Deionization filter) is when filter color is 90% golden brown or TDS is higher than 0.
