I’ve been using the NU Aqua Micron Whole House Granular Carbon Filters for about 9 months now and I’m really happy with everything. They are easy to install and extremely effective, especially in our town, which has very poor water quality.
Since installing it, the water smells and tastes noticeably better, and I’ve seen a clear reduction in chlorine odor. Water pressure has remained strong as well.
Overall, it’s a solid, well-made filter that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’d definitely purchase again.
I'm a water snob, there I said it. I grew up with reverse osmosis filter in my house and always hated drinking other water anytime I would go out to eat or visiting someone else home. Everyone would tell me it was all in my head, but I could do a blind taste test and tell you if what I was drinking was good water or not. When I moved into my house I could not stand to drink the water out of the tap even after filtering it through brita filters etc. I ended up getting massive eight 5 gallon jugs of reverse osmosis filtered water that we would constantly have to refilland was not a fan of having everythingin plastic. Last June, I purchased the Nu Aqua under cabinet filter system and I really can't say enough about it. I ended up installing it in my basement below my kitchen so I could also run a filtered line to my ice machine and my sink. It has made me love drinking water again. If you are looking for an affordable system so you can have the best water right at your sink and ice that doesn't leave a horrible taste in your mouth you need to get this system. Instructionswere well done and install was easy. Thank you Nu Aqua for bringing water back.

I like my water system! One of the filters in this order came cracked and the little filter beads are coming out of it.
We have very much enjoyed having the Nu Aqua tankless system. It's very compact and fits nicely under the sink. Also, replacement of filters is so easy, once you get familiar with all the proper steps. My wife does not like the sound when the air is replaced, but we can live with that. It's worth it to have as much water as we want each day, without worrying about running out. Photo is attached

I had this unit installed a couple years ago, and the water quality has been excellent!! I would recommend this whole House system to anyone and I have many time!!!
When I unboxed everything my first thought was “what have I done?” But after separating everything and taking the install one step at a time, it wasn’t all that hard; just a little time consuming. But well worth the time, effort, and price. Only problem I had was self-inflicted and simply required pushing a couple connectors all the way in as instructed.
We have had this product for 6 months and has been exceptional. It has saved us exponentially on bottled water. I would highly recommend this product to anybody who can put it into their home. The taste quality is also really good and I like that they have an auto ship program for filters and other items when they need to be replaced. I would recommend this to friends and family.
I knew I needed to do something with my tap water, it is clean but I could still taste the chlorine. This system is amazing, fits in the back after the cupboard under the kitchen sink like a glove. It was easy to install and get up and running, though I haven't had to change the filters yet. Thanks for your product.

So this unit already comes pretty much put together. For me the instructions were simple you just attach the proper colored hose to the connector as instructed in the instructions. Before I started connecting the hoses I checked double and triple checked my connectors. After my setup and flush the water taste like water we use to get from a stream in Alabama where I grew up! It’s light and clean no chemicals or additives for taste just clean delicious water! The unit is quiet and very well built in my opinion. As for the functionality it fit right under my kitchen sink perfectly. And it’s very easy to use! If you want pressure you have to get the pump version I think but the water pressure is fine for me since it’s for cooking and consuming more water into our diets. All in all we love it! It goes well want kitchen decor and it’s so easy to use just like your regular faucet!

We’d noticed a leak that was coming from the end of the UV light where the wiring had fried due to the faulty leak. The company was wonderful to send a replacement and everything working great now. Wonderful customer service!
Fairly easy to install. Just received our first replacement filters. Changed out in about 10 minutes. So far, happy with our purchase.
I replaced an old system with nu aqua. Thing is light years ahead. My old one was really slow. Probably the 100gpd (gpm?) flow rate is why the tank is filling up twice as fast as my old ispring system. This thing comes with a PPM meter so I can conveniently check the water quality. I went from 250ppm to an incredible 15PPM! Not sure what is in that water but nice it’s gone.Took a morning and I just followed instruction manual and the video installation guide to install. Most of the system was already preassembled so it only took me about 45 mins to install. Water tastes fantastic.I also got the ice maker kit and hooked it up to my fridge. My ice went from cloudy to completely see through! Kinda makes it feel more luxurious for whatever reason.

Just got my new reverse osmosis water filter system a few days ago. Setting it up was a breeze, taking less than an hour. The YouTube tutorial was super helpful and way easier to follow than the written instructions.The water tastes incredible! No more weird plastic taste from bottled water. Plus, I love that it comes with a water shut-off valve, just in case of any leaks. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I won't flood my house.The system itself feels really well-made. The parts are sturdy and the color-coded tubing made the installation process a lot smoother.If you're looking for a reliable and easy-to-install water filter system, I highly recommend this one.
Important to mention, in several posts on the questions section, the company Nu Aqua has stated the dimensions of the unit to be 24.25" x 7.75" x 27.75" (LWH) THIS IS INCORRECT. It almost made my install not work.
THE UNIT IS 30.5" (H) from the rubber feet to the top edge of the mounting plate of the frame. Might not affect too many people, but it made my limited space install very close to not working.
So far it's been a great addition to my water treatment. Lower dissolved solids by 57% right away after install. Expect it to improve out garden health and very happy to have clean water coming into the showers. We previously used shower filters. This should also extend the life of filters for my 7 stage RO filter from Nu Aqua.

Didn't realize how dirty the city water can be here in Las Vegas, so relied on a fridge filter only for drinking water. Decided to get an undersink RO system from Nu Aqua, and then a week later bought this whole house system from them as well.
The photo below is the sediment filter (filter on the left is new, filter on the right is after 5 months of use on Las Vegas city water). It's hard to imagine we were consuming this stuff because we blindly trusted that city water was clean.
It came time again.. to buy new pitcher filters but this time I was sick and done. For years I have been bound to a continual labor. Drink one cup of water then a second cup and now a debt must be paid. I must bring the pitcher to the sink and stand, toe the line, and wait with great patients as my pitcher filled. Day after day year after year I toiled at that work. No more!! My domestic routine Gods have died and I have found a new way, the way of the NU Aqua Countertop Water Filter System. This thing was super easy to set up. Took lest time then it would have taken me to clean my pitcher and swap a filter. After letting it run for a few minutes per the instructions to get any excess carbon out it started cranking out tasty clean water. Super simple, and the quality for the price is super solid too. Not made of metal or anything but the quality and durability of the housing/filter feels like solid. highly recommend.
This is a great product! Installing it was an absolute breeze! Literally takes 1 min. The pressure the water comes out at is really good, you don't have to wait for days to get what you need from it. Takes up minimal space on my counter as you can see in the picture. Also the taste from it is totally fine (way better than my tap water tastes that's for sure!). Didn't I mention it is easy to use? Totally is, I can switch between regular tap water and using the filtered water with just a twist of the knob. I'm excited to see how well it holds up in the coming months, but so far I'm loving it!
The Tesla of water filters!I have been using this system for about three months! The water tastes crisp, clean, and is so good! I will never go back to bottled water. This system was easy to install and took me a little over an hour.The Good!1. Easily the best tasting water I have ever had! (Get the remineralization filter)2. Leak proof (Includes a safety valve that automatically stops water flow in case of a leak.)3. Takes up minimal space under my sink.4. System runs quiet and barely makes any noise.5. When I needed help setting up the system, I easily found online chat support and got quick answers to my questions.The Bad1. The instructions could be much better. ( Skip the manual and just watch the video)2. To get the lifetime warranty, you must sign up for the replacement filter service. There is no option to purchase a warranty extension.3. Needed to buy extra parts to connect my fridge and ice maker. It would've been nice if they were included.Overall, I am really happy with this system! I just installed the unit, and it seems to be working fine and the water is great so far. Wasn't hard to install, just follow the steps and take your time. Also got the refrigerator connection hooked up without any trouble so thanks!
