How Do Ultraviolet (UV) Filters Work?
Some unhealthy elements can't be blocked like sediments or adsorbed like chlorine.
As water passes through this UV filter, an ultraviolet light bulb emits UV rays. UV-C light provides an additional treatment stage. Combined with your existing filtration, the UV lamp adds a supplemental layer of treatment to your water, too.
