Description
This NU Aqua 5 micron carbon block filter is a direct replacement for the NU Aqua Platinum Series Reverse osmosis system. This filter is 2.5” x 10” and will directly work with most standard systems. Manufactured using HydraCoil technology these filters provide a higher absorption rate due to the molecular structure of the pores becoming more permeable which allows even the smallest of particles to be efficiently removed from your water. With a ten times, chlorine absorption capacity these filters are the premier carbon block filter on the market.

Super difficult to install and calibrate
You have to love a company that is responsive and addresses issues promptly. NuAqua does this and more. The customer service is f riendly and helpful. The product is great. You can find any instructions you want on YouTube and when things stop working after 4 years, they will replace it. My experience anyway. I'll continue to purchase from this company for years to come.
Great product
We ordered an automatic shut off valve along with filters. I couldn't find any documentation about how to hook up the 4 tubes to the valve and had to request instructions via email. The instructions were useless as they showed one single line to 3 of the valve connections. There was also no discussion about what the valve actually did or where it should be connected to. The water from the RO filter runs continuously down the drain now so I probably have it connected wrong. I plan to look for better documentation at some point.

Truth is we are waiting for someone who is brave enough to drill a hole into our granite for the water spigot. Reason we purchased this system is because we have tasted how good the water is after it goes through the cycle. My son-in-law had on installed at their home in the city. Their city water is terrible smelling and taste bad. We were amazed at how good it tasted after they installed your Aqua Water reverse osmosis system. We were so impressed we purchased one for ourselves. Anxious to get it up and running!
