The NuAqua system is the second system I've owned. I bought one prior to that on Amazon at a higher price and worse performance. I've tried several different RO membranes, and none of them have worked very well. I got 90-93% filtration with 420-460ppm tap water and then it would degrade quite a bit over time. The NuAqua membrane is giving me a 95-97% reduction is measured ppm, and the degradation over time is much slower.
I am only giving this 4 stars bc it is a replacement filter other wise good filter

We are always happy with our filters from NuAqua! They are just what we need for making sure we are drinking pure water and not a bunch of chemicals.
If you're not a plumber, it might look daunting, but changing the Membrane cartridge isn't difficult. It's inside a cylinder with one end which unscrews to expose the old cartridge. You just pull out the old, and insert the new! Replace the cylinder end by screwing it back on, and follow the instructions to condition the new membrane. It's easy, and the system will produce more treated water flow with the new membrane.
I am very pleased with the quality and pricing of these products.

This product works incredibly well. My water went from 400 ppm to 30. However, you need to watch the videos on YouTube because the written instructions and website instructions are incomplete.

The filter is fine, Im giving it one star because I bought replacement filters a couple mos ago. Now nearly 5x a week since, I am blasted with emails to review it. Im just hoping it stops now!
I'm pretty sure my water filters were at least wrapped in something to keep them clean durring transport, no wrapper and covered in wearhouse dust.. not super satisfied putting that on the ro system I will be drinking but I guess it will work, at least I have a carbon filter in line after it.

Followed instruction and was installed in under 2 hours. Total dissolved solids level of source water reduced from over 900 to about 30 according to the supplied TDS meter. No leaks in tubing. Filter canisters were more difficult to seal. All three required what felt like excessive tightening to stop a minor leak. Vendor would be wise to supply a small amount of silicon plumbers lubricant for the canister O rings. My whole house water filter advises lubricating O ring every time the seal is broken and I’ve never experienced a leak problem
