NU Aqua Platinum Series Carbon Post Filter

Love the system. Does what it's suppose to do. Pretty easy install. Only reason I didn't give it all stars is, It took a while to get the sediment filter to stop leaking. It came with filters already installed and that's good. However the O-ring was pinched so had to address that which took an additional hour to finally find a replacement O-ring at my local plumbing store. Secondly, I wanted the brushed nickel faucet to match my sink faucet. I got the chrome. Emailed them to see if I could swap it. They said I'd have to purchase it. If you offer it for sale it should be a choice when purchasing the system. I am pleased with the performance overall.
I have my ice maker and plumbed in coffee maker tied in to it. In summary, it's a great system for the money. My daughter didn't buy one simply based on the no option of faucet finish choices.

Water tastes good to it but still very cloudy and it’s been over a month since installation. I thought it would be a week for clear water. So I’m hoping the water is clean.

I am not replace parts yet, I use this system very litle, (couple cup coffee a ). My , I will do by annual or more.

The only complaint I have is that the replacement filter didn't match the original filter quick disconnect. I had to adapt it to make it fit, so it took a trip to town to get something that would work.

Did not have the direction arrow as the first one did. Just matched the lettering. Hope it's installed correctly

Took a couple of times to tell them this was the one I needed but they got it and I'm satisfied.

This provides my family good, safe, drinking water. This is the Best RO Water Filter you can buy for the price. I live in upstate NY. And every once in a while, we get the boil water warning way after the fact. With these filters we are safe. I test the PPM and it continues to measure 21 PPM output for our drinking water. Municiple water will register a measurement at 395 PPM from the faucet. So, I feel very confident and safe with this superior RO water filter.

My system doesn't work well and customer service says it fine. On top of that they keep emailing me for reviews. I bought an Ispring system from Amazon and it works better.

Over the past six months our system has been terrific. I just change all filters but the RO with product from Nu Aqua. It was a fairly easy process. I recommend this system for folks on a well system.

Good product, good price, some connection should be universal for installation.

The filters seem to be of good quality for a fair price. Was surprised that the membrane didn't come in a sealed bag. I replaced a membrane on a system years back and that company stated sealed do not open until ready to install. But there again that was years ago.

The filters fit as advertised. Wouldn't mind getting some o'rings with a set of filters though. Took a little while to get them back in place. Overall I'm satisfied

Takes the hard particles out of the water. We test every so often and the water stays clear for months. Good tasting water too.
