First it came packed great. Opened all packages and found out that all the filters were already piped together, which was great no mistakes on my part. It was so simple to install even if you don't have experience of any kind you should be able to do the installation. I mounted everthing plumbed the rest in and preceeded to fill and empty according to the instructions. The water tastes great should of done this years ago. My tea tastes better than the store bought. Thanks again I would definitely recommend it. Mike

We ordered a new RO handle/faucet for our tankless system. The first handle we received leaked at the turning handle site. We reached out to nu aqua systems and they sent us a new one right away. The new one we installed works great and works even better than the original one that came with the tankless system. Thank you!
Great looking satin nickel finish on this faucet. Easy on and off with no tight spots.
This faucet is great. Easy to install. The only downside was I had to purchase it since customer service wouldn't swap it for the leaking one I received with my initial order.
have not installed yet, will review product after kitchen remodeling is completed.
I really like this faucet. The brushed finish matches nicely with my stainless steel sink. I only give 4 stars because the construction is a little delicate, but otherwise its great.
