I just got my new whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Aqua Innova. I am very satisfied with their customer service. And they also have the best prices by far. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.
Everything came in a BIG BOX. Well packaged. Itemized. Instruction booklet clearly specifies installation. The only difficult part in getting your body under the sink! Everything else is quite simple. Although it might take more than an hour to accomplish the tasks, the success is secure. It works perfectly and as advertised. I had replaced my previous EcoWaterSystem with the tank that was no longer working properly (4yrs). Hopefully this NUAQUA will bit the odds.
As you can see from the pic, this system was not installed under the sink. I installed it the basement below the kitchen. Why? I have two different methods of supplying the unit, option 1 is from my well, which runs thru a water softening system, option 2 is from a spring. Either option is selectable by valves. I also have two outputs to feed, one to the sink and one to an ice maker. As this was the location on my old (+30 yrs) RO unit, this location was perfect.
Everything works great as far as the unit goes. The booster pump ensures a steady supply to me outputs. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars, is that, when I called service, to get the part numbers of the needed mating connectors for the fabrication of a control cable extension for the sink faucet, the service was almost non existent. Nobody could help me and all they could say was not to install the unit the way I did. And almost threaten this install would void any warranty. But when asked if they wanted me to send the unit back, they just reiterated, not to install the unit in the basement. Even though customer serves rating was basically 0, I am researching the proper IP69 connectors needed and will install the supplied facet at the sink once I fabricate the cable extension.
Only redemption for this review would be for NU Aqua to provide me the correct connector information. Then and only then would I change this rating to 5 stars.
The water from the tankless water filter was good, but adding the remineralization filter made it even better! Very easy to install in the line going to the faucet, I replace it yearly. The automatic filter subscription gets my filters here on time every 6 months, with no interruption of great drinking water. I would like to see a option of adding the remineralization filters to the program, but I understand not everyone would want them included.
Product received well packaged. We had to run a separate electrical outlet first. Once that was done was fairly easy to install. Looks larger in picture than what it really is. Measures approximately 13X9X9. I did not realize that the lines to our refrigerator/ice maker are sold separately. I have received them and hope to finish with installation tomorrow. I only hear it run when using it. Can definitely hear the waste water flushing out in our drain then. I truest hope this is a 2-1 waste because that is one of the reasons we chose this product.
Easy to install and to use.
Great size for small areas! I had a monstrosity under my sink for several years and disliked it due to the mess of wires and size. Construction of this seems sturdy and came packaged well. Was missing a few clamps but great customer service will be mailing them out. The only problem I had with the install was the booklet had no instructions with what to do with the alkalinizer that came with it. Also would help to explain what sounds to expect when it is running as the pump time that it runs is variable but when checking with customer service - they explained it was most likely due to water pressure.
We received our water filter over a week ago, however, it was installed by our plumber just yesterday. He was unfamiliar with the style so he picked up the information for installment a few days ago in preparation. He was impressed with the unit. Afterwards he showed us a few things he learned as he went along. It barely fit in our small space and it looks blocked by the cabinet frame but it is not blocked. It is light of weight and simply slides an inch or more to the side to change filters. Mostly, we have to say, the water tastes so fresh and clean and so far we are very pleased. Also, the plumber had no complaints with installation. He did have a connector part to replace as he said our existing lines did not match what was sent. He said it was normal, no problems. Thank you
I installed my NuAqua 600gpd
system just a couple of days ago, and so far it is working great.
We've had the "NuAqua Efficiency Series Tankless 600GPD Reverse Osmosis System" for a little over a month. It fits nicely under the sink and is hooked up to a mini cold-water faucet as well as our refrigerator's ice maker. Even though the system is tankless, it works great with plenty of water pressure through the NuAqua faucet. My only concern is that the Stage 1 Filter (6-month filter) has been "out of stock" on their website for over 2 months!!! Hopefully this will not be a problem going forward, as we do love our NuAqua system.
I ordered the tankless RO system and it was the best purchase I’ve made so far. The system works well and there is no waste to contend with, everything is done seamlessly and behind the scenes.
The only issue I had was they fittings that came with this system was not 3/8’s as they said. There is a standard half and a 3/8’s set that should be included but I received the wrong step down sizes. I called customer service and was basically told that my eyes and my every tool I was using to measure their fittings were lying to me.
I called again while trying to make it work and was told that their experts says they sent me the proper sizes! They did not! I had to go to Home Depot and purchase my own parts and made a retrofit purchase high ended up working in the end. They refunded me a small amount for the inconvenience, that amount basically covered the cost of the 3/8’s fittings they did not send me and I had to purchase at Home Depot. All in all, I made it work. I love the system, but I hated the experience of dealing with people who tell me what I basically shouldn’t trust my eyes.
Also before you open any packages verify the sizes somehow. The reason for this; there is a restocking fee if you open any packages you received.

Finally glad to have an RO with remineralizer. I am a BMT patient and depend upon clean water. No more bottled water(never know what your going to get) lol My husband even hooked up the RO to the ice maker in the refrigerator as well. Highly recommend.
Easy to install, little noise while filtering, filters are a bit pricey.
Very simple installation. Nice build quality and quiet. Two times daily it will turn on the discharge water down the drain without notice. Great tasting water.
Overall a nice system. Was easy to install except for one thing which is why it got 4 and not 5 stars. The hookup to the supply valve is nonstandard thread. I was inable to find a transition fitting to attach to the 3/8” supply. I went to two different commercial plumbing stores and Lowes. Finally one plumbing supply came up with using a supply hose to connect to the supplied valve and the privided nuaqua valve.
Works as stated and water tastes great. The flow is about what is stated to fill a glass and is not mich, if any, slower than you get with a tank RO sustem. Easy folter changes is the big plus. I would buy again.
We opted for the NuAqua system over a similar one from Culligan. The latter was over 3x the price. This unit is working great so far, and we are happy with our choice.
