We only ask you one thing: to give the system time to work properly, we ask that you use it for at least 30 days before requesting a return.

What's Not Covered
To keep things fair and clear, some items are not eligible for the 120-day trial:
- Individual parts from bundled systems
(Example: the faucet included with an RO system can’t be returned alone) - Clearance / final sale items
- Used replacement filters under any return window
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and manuals must be included
- The product must not be altered or damaged
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your RMA approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- You may be asked to send photos of the box and the product
- We’ll handle the claim directly with the carrier
- In some cases, the carrier may need to complete an investigation before we can send a replacement or refund

- Product must be returned in the original packaging in order to avoid damages during return transit.
- 120 Day guarantee covers 1 item per household.
- Individual items sold in a bundle or kit do not qualify.
- Our guarantee is only applicable to the original purchaser and is applicable for purchases made through nuaquasystems.com only and may not be applicable for purchases made through NU Aqua Systems partners (including Amazon.com, Ebay, Lowe's, Home Depot, Etc.)
- NU Aqua Systems reserves the right to modify this program at any time without notification.
- NU Aqua Systems is not responsible for any return uninstallation or return pick-up appointments. The customer is responsible for drop-off procedure with the shipping courier. Walk-in returns at our warehouse facility are at the discretion of nuaquasystems.com. For international returns, the customer is responsible for complying with all the import and export obligations, and payment of all applicable duties and customs fees.
