Tankless Filter Subscription (Delivered Every 6 Months)

We purchased & had system installed by our Nu Aqua ROS local plumber December 2021. We weren't clear about the filter change and/or the "Filter Club", until Oct. 2022 when our Stage 1 filter needed to be changed. Ten days later Stage 2 filter “messaged” filter change. Mike, husband, and couldn’t remove #2 filter from “housing”; unit is located under our kitchen sink. We called our plumber who, was too busy, he suggested we call Nu Aqua’s 800#, which we did. We spoke to Adrian. He listened; had to do some research, then informed us that Stages 1 & 2 filters should’ve been changed together for first time. Adrian talked Mike through removing the stubborn #2 filter. After replacing #2; it didn’t respond. Adrian did some more checking & told us #3 filter membrane got compromised due not changing filters properly. That #3 filter needs to be “prematurely” changed. Mike changed #3 filter; had to reset the unit. The unit is working like a champ and our water tastes GREAT! Adrian suggested we join the Filter Club/FC. He stayed on the phone, as I set-up our account & placed our 1st order. Joining the FC insures the filter changes in a timely manner. One hour 30 minutes later we completed another lesson learned at “School of Hard Knocks”. Adrian was very calm and very patient during the whole process. We love our ROS and are very pleased with the service Adrian provided for us. “Thanks, Adrian!”

I am a big water snob and the Nu Aqua filter system is awesome. I love the compactness of the unit. Signing up for the filter subscription is very useful and allows me not to forget about changing my filters.

I do intermittent and long term fasting. After my first few fast the plaque from tongue was gone and I could taste chlorine from him tap water and the 5 gallon jug water at work tasted like metal. My family could instantly taste the difference and the water feels lighter when drinking even though it weighs the same. I did cut in a tee to run the water and ice part of my refrigerator as well.

I am very happy with the taste of our water using the remineralizing filter. We have been using it for 1 1/2 years with good result.

I bought the remineralization filter along with the unit. Water taste is nothing great. Nu Aqua should take steps to improve the taste of remineralized water.
