Ordering replacement filters

I needed to order replacement filters and I had several questions. Earl was a huge help and very thorough answering my questions. I like the system we have, it is under the sink model. We have not replaced the filters our selves, yet. Im hoping it will be as easy as it says. Earl is great, the system is great and the customer service has been perfect as well!! Thank you Earl
