HydraCoil utilizes a specialty technology manufacturing process for up to 50% cleaner water than comparable systems. Our carbon filters provide a higher absorption rate due to the molecular structure of the pores becoming more permeable which allows even the smallest of particulates to be efficiently removed from your water. This allows the system to provide up to a 99% rejection rate of 1000+ contaminants such as arsenic, chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, and lead.
Fits most standard under sink reverse osmosis systems that use 10” x 2.5” filter sizes. For most under sink RO systems, this is the most common industry standard filter size

Bad customer service
After installing the 7 stage system, our well water tests good and tastes good.
Everything arrived and is as expected, quick shipment and reliable parts.
I TRIED and TRIED to get NU Aqua Systems to respond to my requests for information. I liked the original product, and they even used my review in advertisements. BUT, when I tried to purchase new filter elements, they IGNORED me! SEVERAL TIMES!! So, I tried my best to order based on the pictures, since I had no model numbers to go by. They came, and they were wrong. It took forever to get a response, and they said I had to pay to return them, stocking fee, and all that. I was very angry over this, and let them know. They sent me a shipping label finally, but I still do not have the promised credit. Which is a STORE credit, by the way. I have to give them a big fat ZERO when it comes to customer service. And it is very annoying to keep getting slammed with so many ADS when you're waiting for a simple response from customer service. Do I like the original unit? Absolutely! But trying to do business with these people is very taxing. Their lack of response borders on rudeness! If I had known how hard it was to deal with them AFTER the sale, I would have most likely reconsidered my purchase.
By the way, I told them REPEATEDLY that they kept bugging me for a review, but I really wanted to give them a chance to fix the problem. They ignored me, for whatever reason, so this negative review should not come as a surprise. I am worn out from trying to fix a problem THEY caused.
