The water quality is very good. What they can improve is to assume that everyone can do the installation for themselves. In my case, I already had a filter installed and I wanted to change it. It was very difficult to find a service at a fair price for them to install and the NU support in this case was minimal. Once this is overcome, I must say that the system and the water quality is very good.

Water is unbelievably clean. It tastes the best when cold. Love it.
The subscription service is very convenient!
I am able to access Alkaline water in my home, very helpful, saves me driving to the waterstore and lifting heavy gallons. There was a small leak when it was first installed and * was asked if this system was referbished, I replied no, I purshed it new. It has not leaked again, although I turn the water sourse off after each use.
