With the compact Nu Aqua 600GPD Tankless Reverse Osmosis System, you get four stages of premium water purification at 25% of the size and hundreds of times faster than other RO filters. Let's face it, most RO systems take up lots of space under your sink, and those that don't take up lots of space usually don't filter more than large particles. With this tankless RO system you get all the delicious, safe water you want at a fraction of the time and space you'll spend with others.
4 Stages of Water Purification
The compact reverse osmosis offers four stages of water purification to remove up to 99% of contaminants from your water:
The PP/CB Filter lasts around 6 months and offers you two stages of filtration that removes suspended particles like sediment and rust, as wells as chlorine, volatile organic contaminants (VOC's), taste and odor.
The Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filter lasts around 12 months and helps absorb organic chemicals, odors, and improves taste.
The 600GPD RO membrane lasts around 36 months and helps get rid of heavy metals like copper, chromium, lead, fluoride, nitrate, and salts.
This compact, tankless system gives you a water filtration rate of 600 Gallons of water per day with a 2:1 pure to waste ratio. That means you get more clean water and less waste water than with most 5 stage RO systems out there. Not to mention they do this in about 1/2 the space other RO systems take up.
The tankless design also means you get water a lot faster than with systems. Instead of waiting for a reservoir to fill up and then drawing water from that tank, this system gives you a direct line to refreshing water. That means you're getting 400% more efficiency than other RO systems!
Easy to Use, Simple to Maintain
Each long lasting filter is simple to install and replace. Unlike other systems that require tools and climbing under your sink to swap filters, all you do with is lift the front cover, twist to lock your new filter in place, then twist the filter in the opposite direction to remove and replace it.
No more waiting until your water smells bad or tastes funny to change out your filters. The Smart Faucet changes colors to let you know when your filters are ready to be changed. Once they're changed, the auto-flushing feature allows you to efficiently flush your system without all the waiting around you'll do with other reverse osmosis filters.
- 600GPD flow rate + 2:1 pure to waste ratio = 400% more efficient than standard ro system!
- Its compact design can fit in 25-50% of the space standard RO systems take up.
- The Smart Faucet has a light indicator that shows you when it's time to change your filter.
- Tool-free twist-lock filters make installation and maintenance a breeze.
- This tankless, direct flow system delivers water faster than systems that use bulky reservoirs.
- Integrated booster pump increases efficiency and allows systems to work with low water pressure.

Overall great product and the water is tasty but giving 4 stars as there are opportunities to get better. Couple things have to be corrected for a smoother installation:
1. The product comes with 1/2 valve with 3/8 adapter but the standard under sink lines are 3/8 compression so the supplied adapters did not work, had to run to Home Depot to get the right adapters.
2. The hole in the granite for the faucet requires a slightly wider diameter hole saw ( not 1/2 inch as indicated in the manual) , after drilling a 1/2 hole, I couldn’t sink the faucet power line as the cap was getting in the way. I had to wiggle the grill to make it wide enough, Maybe a 3/8 would have been easier.
The "feed water adapter" did not fit, despite being 3/8" - maybe it is pipe thread and not compression thread? After much hunting for adapters at several hardware stores, I hooked it up and found the Nu Aqua adapter leaks from its seam. Hardware store personnel commented that it is a shoddy part, low quality. It's nearly impossible to find a 3/8" - 3/8" - 3/8" angle stop valve on the shelf, and Nu Aqua did not respond to my request for a replacement. The website also does not show the part available, only one with a 1/4" output, which appears to be an updated version of the valve, with a plastic housing. I found one online, made by JG (John Guest), part # ASVPP2LF, which took a few days to arrive. Also, the faucet installation instructions say to install the faucet to the countertop before connecting the output hose, which is difficult to do once the faucet is mounted, up behind a sink. This also required additional hardware, larger washers, to fit the installation to an existing soap dispenser hole in the granite here. Once the system was up and running, at first, it spit out dark gray sediment, and the pressure was sporadic for a few minutes. It's better now, running more smoothly, still some spurts. The unit makes noise, not really noticeable with the under-sink cabinets closed, except that the sound of it cycling-off to drain remains audible. All in all, better hardware would have been nice, but it feels like a quality system and ought to provide clean water for years. I am happy to have it installed and look forward to not having to carry in any more 5-gallon jugs!
I am on a well with high TDS, a lot of which is calcium. This RO system takes my TDS reading from ~900 down to below 30, 12 being the lowest I have seen. I pre-treat my well water through 3 traditional filter housings down to 1 micron and a sodium ion exchange water softener to protect my plumbing, fixtures and RO membrane.
This RO is designed similar to industrial units that have a large water supply and a booster pump to increase membrane efficiency. The filter change is very easy and I bought a spare stage 1 and 2 to have on hand. I only have 250 gallons into the system so far, but I am hopeful this unit will last longer than my previous drinking water RO system with a lot of unnecessary stages (trimethylamine anyone?). The system makes a decent hum when the pump is running that I can hear as a low frequency vibration even with it located in the basement directly below the sink.
My only observation is that RO systems work better when the run cycle is longer. This is a tankless system so there is always a discreet slug of high TDS water that makes it through the faucet if you monitor it. Sometimes it doesn't matter like water for boiling pasta, but other times it can delivery lower quality water if you are only trying to fill 1 glass from the faucet. I just always run 20-30 seconds to the drain.
Love it - I have my fingers crossed that I will get a few years out of this unit which would be considerably more than my previous RO at a much higher cost.
Very simple install. Everything needed was supplied. Only problem was bruises on my side from the cabinet 😁. Water tastes so much better.
Love the easy setup and use of this unit. Early to add anything further.
