The Nu Aqua Male Elbow Connector 1/4” x NPTF 1/4” is designed to work with most standard reverse osmosis systems. It features a 1/8'' NPTF threaded end and one 1/4” quick connect for tubing.

Customer Support helped me to get the replacement for the broken part. Shipping took a week and was able to fix it myself. if these parts break often I suggest having extra at home when any incident occurs.
The system was easy to install except for the broken 90 elbow. But the company sent me a new elbow asap to get my system up and running . The system works as advertised and gives us plenty of clean drinking water.
Trouble getting it connected. Hired professional plumber. Small cheap plastic peices broke. Was happy they sent replacement peices but sent the wrong ones. They resent them. Took 2 months to get the system up and running with all the issues and leaking. Then it worked for a month. I was very happy when it worked. However..after 2 months of working it completely stopped working. Zero pressure after 2 months, booster tank I paid for is empty. Good water pressure to the house. Called Nu Aqua for help. They didnt seem to care. Told me to call the city to figure out my water pressure stating their system wouldn't work if im in a low pressure area. Im a plumbing engineer, i know well about domestic water pressure coming into a house. Called city, gor my PSI..my pressure is normal. They seem to try to make the customer fish to other things for a reason why its not working instead of just fixing their own product. Id say this product is not worth the hassel. Id recommend not buying this.
